9 12 Tea Party 2 million Protest in Washington DC

Despite what most Mainstream news reports are calling a couple thousand protesters, the actual number of people who took to the streets for the 9-12 tea party protests might be somewhere around 1.5 – 2 million people.
While we will probably never get the real numbers, it is clear that it was well over what the media is reporting.
Any company that puts the 9-12 video on its website is my kind of company. Keep up the great work and keep making FUNCTIONAL survival products.

I love to see this, a a Canadian we don’t really have the liberty you guys do in the USA. All the really binds what our government can do is the “Charter of Rights and Freedoms” which is basically a human rights code. Our constitution has little baring on what our government can do unlike that of the USA. It’s great to see so many people speaking out against the trash your government is doing.
While I agree with the thinking of people against universal health care i have to admit I do get a lot of benefit from it here in Canada. I take medication and have since I was a kid and can’t be insured, if I get insurance the company would put in the contract that they wont pay for my medication. The only real way is to get a group plan at work. When my company laid me off and I got a new job (without group health) I found out it would be about $500 dollars a month to keep the group plan. So I get help from the government for my medications that would run me over $700 bucks a month. (It costs me about $100 instead of $500) I do think it would be a viable option for the USA if it had the money to pay for it. However on the flip side I see problems with socialized health care, it can take over 6 months to get diagnosed with cancer from first being suspected during screening to biopsy and all the lab work getting done in Canada. People go to the USA and have that done in a week right now. I don’t see this happening if the American government controls heath care because government doesn’t run anything well.
