		<description>I agree, being prepared is a vital component when it comes to having a decisive survival plan. The more you prepare for a possible disaster, the faster you can act.  Keeping your wits about you is a big animal to tame.  But I believe that planning and preparing puts the anxiety, hyperactivity and anger feelings into good use.
