Could a Cyber Attack cripple America?
Government officials met in Washington to take part in a simulated cyber attack. The cyber attack was meant to show what a terror attack on the United States communications system would look like.
Cyber attacks happen all the time, the question of preparedness is the key element. But 2000 wasn’t as big a deal as people thought it might be. Then again, maybe that is why preparations were made and it wasn’t as bad as it could have been.
The lesson? Be prepared.
