Is Mexico heading towards a collapse? SHTF survival

I read some stuff that said that When Mexico goes down you’ve got 2 weeks only to get your money out.
US has been neglecting Mexico since The Alamo so what you don’t sow rewards you as much as what you do.
Someone important…HRC finally spoke up and said that US was the big drug user fueling the Mexican drug industry.
So what to do? Send in the troops to establish a bit of order, is the Govt response. I haven’t heard mention of cracking down on the drug trade in the US.
US is the major drug user in the World by a long way. I expect that won’t be changing soon because no-one in Govt can be bothered to deal with such a big issue.
