Check out this cool self contained R.V. that was hanging out around the O.R. Show. This thing needs no hookups at all including water.
Brian Brawdy Owner of the R.V. Also has a blog over at www.wonderexplorebelieve.net/blog

Thanks for sharing the info and the passion. Great website by the way. Let’s catch up at Winter OR.
Hey no problem.
Look forward to seeing you at the winter OR.
is it atomic powered? the problem with all these mad max mobiles is you eventually have to stop for fuel. I also wonder how it handles in a good crosswind. Other than those concerns I like it quite a bit. I think all rv’s should come with a cattle guard.
Probably not…. But I have seen a couple that run on old vegetable oil that wouldn’t be to hard to come by.
A lower cost DIY of a EarthRoamer.
http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9299 These rigs set the standard,I like the looks of Brians truck,But it lacks any real room for extra supplies.I can’t see running after (Rain storms) as a sensible,or fuel efficient way to save money..It’s purrrty though
Brian,Tell us what sort of suspension your truck has,(Airbags),,I drove my ’90 ranger 11.5′ camper home on my ’03 Dodge 1 ton,,and it was bouncing, and rocking all over the place,,Also how many deep cells are you carrying in that camper?,,I’d guess there AGM’s so you don’t have to worry about out gassing. The rig I’m building now is on a Ford chassis (F550),flatbed,,I don’t even notice that ’90 Ranger (2300lbs) on the bed,,I also have 4.5 feet behind the camper for 1,100gals extra fuel,2. 2 100lb LPG tanks,3.a 6000watt Diesel Gen-set,4. 40gals of extra water, with 4-100watt PV’s up above it all,Ohh and 4 Trojan T-105′s,with an Outback (MX60SCC),and Xantrex 458-2012Gs 2000watt/Inverter/Charger,,I can get out of Dodge for months..PS How do you post photos on this site?
