Complete Breakdown of Law & Order in Ferguson, MO: Rioting Spilling into Surrounding Areas

For the last five days Chaos has swept through the town of Ferguson, Missouri, spilling over into surrounding towns and causing entire sections of Missouri to look like war zones.

The People Committing Crimes are Criminals, not Peaceful Activists!

While many in the news media are trying to make these people out to be modern day civil rights activists, what’s happening in Ferguson, MO has little to do with civil rights. While this may have started off as protests against what some are calling “aggressive policing,” it’s turned into something very ugly and very dangerous. Armed and violent criminals have taken over the streets of Ferguson, MO, looting, stealing and burning stores down to the ground.

If you follow this site, then you know that I’ve been very critical of the militarization of our local police forces throughout this country. But in this case, while there may be some very real issues that need to be addressed, the bigger issue at hand is how certain people are trying to stoke tensions and take advantage of a really bad situation. Ironically, the same mainstream media outlets that have ignored the militarization of these police forces for years, and actually applauded government snipers for taking aim at the peaceful protestors during the Bundy Ranch standoff earlier this year, are now up in arms over the fact that St. Louis area police departments are trying to stop armed thugs from burning down their city.

This morning USA Today reported on how St. Louis Police departments have received twelve 5.56 millimeter rifles and six .45 caliber pistols from the Department of Defense. While I’m glad someone in the Mainstream Media is finally starting to report on the insidious relationship between local police forces and the federal government, they’ve complexly ignored what’s really important here; and that is when these agencies use this power to strip our constitutional rights away.

What’s happening in Ferguson right now is a complete breakdown in society; it’s an example of how bad things have gotten in this country, and is unfortunately probably a pretty good look at where things are heading.

NAACP asking the United Nations to take action in Ferguson

A group of activists from the NAACP is asking the United Nations to step in and take charge of what’s happening in Ferguson. The group presented the U.N. papers documenting their concerns of U.S. compliance with the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) treaty.

“This issue was front and center,” Hilary O. Shelton, director of the NAACP Washington Bureau, explained during the call.

What’s scary here is how many foreign influences seem to be dictating this country’s policies lately.

President Obama Accuses Police of using Excessive Force while barely mentioning the criminals who are burning down the City

After ignoring what’s going on in Ferguson for the last five days, President Obama this morning finally took time away from his vacation and released a statement blaming local police for the violent conditions throughout the area. In a statement to the press President Obama said, “There is also no excuse for police to use excessive force against peaceful protests or to throw protesters in jail.”

While I fully agree that the police have no right to take action against peaceful protestors, keep in mind many of these same protestors are looting and burning down the city. Are the police supposed to just allow them to continue destroying an entire city?

The President today dispatched Eric Holder, and members of the Justice Department, to investigate Police Departments throughout the Ferguson and St. Louis Area. The Justice Department’s Community Relations Service Team is the same group that many blame for stoking tensions during the Trayvon Martin Riots last year.

A look at what’s to come….

Sadly I think this is a precursor to what’s coming. Tensions throughout this country have been high for some time now, and between local police forces that now look like mini-military forces, and groups of criminals looking to spread their violent chaos throughout the country, these types of events are probably going to become pretty common.

We all need to be aware of what’s going on around us, and keep an eye out for these types of flare-ups. The last place you want to be is anywhere near the chaos, so pay attention and keep a good eye on the news when these types of events breakout in your area.

  1. Oh I thought this was an article of facts, my mistake, its just your inane opinion. To call the protesters criminals makes you almost as disgusting as the cop who shot Mike. I’m not saying that there aren’t bad or desperate people trying to take advantage of the situation, but don’t belittle their cause by calling them criminals. You have some nerve to talk about how Obama’s handling the situation but you’re no better.

    • To pretend that people who are burning businesses to the ground are peaceful protestors is what’s insane!!! Sorry but you don’t solve problems by burning, looting, stealing and attacking innocent people. If you actually read the site instead of coming here for the sole purpose of starting trouble you would see that we have a long history of supporting protests against the militarization of our nation’s police forces. In this case, it’s pretty hard to call these peaceful protests when you have buildings burning to the ground and mass looting.

      • Unfortunately peaceful protests have not gotten the people of the USA very far. To free slaves we went to war against each other, to be free from British control we had to go to war, war is unfortunately the only way we as a society create the change we wish to see. I am particulary tired of police killing the very people they are paid to protect, I hope more people stand up to the injustices being served upon their family, friends and neighbors. “It’s better to die standing then to live on your knees.” – Che Guevara

        • So how exactly does burning down an innocent business owner’s store advance your cause? How does looting and stealing from business owners stop the police misconduct? Maybe you should actually look at what’s going on instead of quoting things that have nothing to do with the reality of the situation. It’s people who commit these crimes and the people who justify it that help keep the cycle going in.

          • How does that quote not fit! You said yourself the military broght in a huge load of weapons to fight the people rioting over our smothering government. I feel like if a guy is willing to go out in a riot and steal a TV he deserves the god damn TV. The system is constantly bending us over just expecting us to take it lubeless why can’t we stand up and remind them that we do not have to blindly follow their way, we do not have to stand back and allow the cops to keep killing people. And what poor business person? What about the thousands of people killed by the police each year. Responsible business owners have insurance they pay into make sure if something like this happens that they will get their losses back and then some. They are in fact better off. What about Michael Browns family? Or Eric Garners family? Or should we least forget when the police raided Alecia Phonesavahns 19 month old who was harmed in the progress? Should I keep listing all of the people the police have killed/harmed this year? People are being killed or are unnecessarily harmed and all your worried about is the business owner? Get real dude

          • It’s really unfortunate people forget their history. In the first place the Civil War had NOTHING to do with freeing slaves. It was a STATES RIGHTS issue! Read Bruce Catton’s first book to find out the causes of the war. Sorry, if I got emotional. Second, these people forget what happened in 1968 in DC and other cities with protestors. It was a scary time when so called protestors took the opportunity to loot and burn. There are still areas of DC that show the effects of the riots over 40 yrs later. I am not excusing the actions of the police in this instance, but the pictures I’ve seen of the looters are inexcusable. When store owners lose their livelyhoods thata is sad. One last thing that really upsets me is a person who quotes a Communist. In the 1950’s such talk could get a person in some serious trouble. A final note on the article. It’s important to see the difference between protesting and looting. To some people the terms are the same.

          • I feel sorry for Mom of 2’s kids. Really unfortunate that such ignorant people are allowed to raise kids.

How is it so hard to understand that burning innocent peoples gas stations does nothing to stop police from abusing their power? All it does is give them an excuse to crack down even harder.

          • Old Soldier: Civil War= Freeing of the Slaves, main premise for the entire war please do your due diligence before posting. We as an entire nation will never see peace, there will always be riots, there will always be war as it is true human nature. By the way Joe and Old Soldier I’m a national honors society student, working on several degrees in the biology, math and psychology. I am the future and the world will never be the same once I leave this place. The only unfortunate thing my children will ever face are close minded, sociopathic sheep who blindly follow their government. More people should educate themselves on Che Guevara, he was a medical student, he fought to his death for what he thought was right for the entire human race not just his government. Open your eyes and mind you’ll see much more clearly.

          • @Mom of 2, You are a great example that College has Nothing to do with intelligence or common sense!

The Civil war had virtually nothing to do with Slavery, Che was a terrorist in the guise of a freedom fighter and Yes, Humanity is a cantankerous bunch. Rising above that and our base nature is what we should be struggling to do; not Struggling to get that 42″ plasma and case of beer home from a night of Looting.

Looting hurts us ALL. It raises Insurance premiums which are passed on by higher priced goods for one thing. Get a clue you moronic fool!

          • mom, you need to find some old history books, not the lies that are taught in our public far left bullshit scools today.
if you can find a copy of a book called, letters from lincoln, i promise you will have a new outlook on things.

          • Mom of 2 Old Soldier is correct. I won’t bother with explaining it since are already so educated (btw I hold a Doctorate). If you do any research that is not firm mainstream media you can find plenty of credible sites that discuss this matter at length

        • “To free slaves we went to war against each other,”

completely incorrect, this was a side effect of it – nothing more – if you read the true history of Lincoln he did not care one way or the other about freeing the slaves, only when they said it would help win the war did the become part of it.

so funny to see people spouting “history” that is nothing but revisionist garbage. pretty much what the entire years of the obama administration will be in our future history books no doubt.

          • What “true history of Lincoln” did you read ?

This is an excerpt from a letter Lincoln wrote to Joshua Speed :

“I also acknowledge your rights and my obligations, under the constitution, in regard to your slaves. I confess I hate to see the poor creatures hunted down, and caught, and carried back to their stripes, and unrewarded toils; but I bite my lip and keep quiet. In 1841 you and I had together a tedious low-water trip, on a Steam Boat from Louisville to St. Louis. You may remember, as I well do, that from Louisville to the mouth of the Ohio, there were, on board, ten or a dozen slaves, shackled together with irons. That sight was a continued torment to me; and I see something like it every time I touch the Ohio, or any other slave-border. It is hardly fair for you to assume, that I have no interest in a thing which has, and continually exercises, the power of making me miserable. You ought rather to appreciate how much the great body of the Northern people do crucify their feelings, in order to maintain their loyalty to the Constitution and the Union.

I do oppose the extension of slavery, because my judgment and feelings so prompt me; and I am under no obligation to the contrary.”

    • It’s shocking how many stupid people seem to think its ok to loot and commit horrendous criminal acts. I actually think this is the most unbiased and factual article I’ve seen on the situation today, especially considering you guys are usually so critical of the police militarization problem. Its good to see someone be able to honestly access a situation without putting their political beliefs ahead of the facts.

      • And nobody, no single black person makes mention or any big deal at all, about the daily, yes daily shootings and killings of young black men by other young black men in every major city in America. Why is the black community not outraged and concerned about this?

    • Yielely, Yielely Yielely…….here is the definition of protest pro·test noun \ˈprō-ˌtest\

: something said or done that shows disagreement with or disapproval of something

: an event at which people gather together to show strong disapproval about something

Now the definition of criminal crim·i·nal adjective \ˈkri-mə-nəl, ˈkrim-nəl\

: involving illegal activity : relating to crime

: relating to laws that describe crimes rather than to laws about a person’s rights

      : morally wrong

Now add the two together and what do you get?
      A protesting criminal

Seems to fit in my book

    • Coming to a city near you! I think you’re right about this being a threat that might spread. Just seen that the Black Panthers are calling for people to spread the violence against the police and the rioting to the rest of the country.

    • He is talking about the criminals burning down the city, looting, and stealing. He didn’t call the protesters criminals…and you know it.

Obama should have condemned the looting, burning, and stealing, which he didn’t.

  2. What else do you call someone that loots and burns property not belonging to them?

But now the long awaited plane begins to unfold, call in the UN, what do you think happens next?

      • Sorry!!! I had to reboot everything after an attack on the site and the comments have been a little screwy this morning. The original comment you were responding to was just restored and the comments should be back to normal in a few minutes.

        • An attack on this site ?
Too many people speaking their minds here…

I think this shows once more the hostility of those people to basic human freedom – which also means freedom of speech.

    • Sniper;
Why would the UN do anything to help in this situation when they do Nothing to help in other countries that Are commit Genocide??

Keyword is ‘HELP’, they will do nothing but bring martial law and then these looting morons will Really be upset because the CS gas turns to poison, the armored cars turn to tanks, the rubber bullets become FMJ, and the cops standing by become soldiers shooting at will.

I hear that they are considering renaming Ferguson to ‘Little Mogadishu’.

      • I was resonding to the upper comment about the naacp asking the un to come and help, and all i can say is that blue helments make good moving targets in america.

  3. Hmm, the little bit that I have watched on tv about Ferguson Mo is a quite a bit like the Watts Ca happening and the Rodney King affair. Yes I’m worried about what is happening there, and to protest peacefully. but at some point somebody decides to punish everyone else and burn your/their own town down to prove a point. That just doesn’t make any kind of sense to anyone.

  4. Looting and arson has nothing to do with “peaceful” protesting. Bigger picture is that groups to protest are forming all over the US and it may be worse before it gets better. Keep eyes open, ears open…dont run toward the chaos stay back.

  5. What a woven yarn this is. It feeds right into what most of you are against, playing small ball with definitions with minor details that will be of no concern once the entire situation is known.

  6. My wife is from Ferguson. We have many friends and family there. I wish people of both sides would stay the hell out of this. Those from both sides are inciting this. The NAACP and yes even you bu this article. I too don’t beleive in police militarization but thse animals causing the problems in Ferguson are just that, animals and need to be dealt with in the harshest of terms.

    • Except Animals do not act like this. The only thing they have in common is that they are not using any higher brain functions, just instinct.

  7. Old soldier is right! States rights was the root issue, abolishing slavery was a bi-product. or a side issue, or a smoke and mirror project, same thing happening in politics today.

  8. mom of 2…for a national honors student you seem to be pretty ignorant. homework assignment for you…grab some paper i will wait….when did the civil war start? when did the emancipation proclamation become an act? did the emancipation proclamation free the southern states slaves? how can a law be enacted from one country about another country? remember the confederate states were a seperate country in their eyes at this time. answer these questions and do your research before blasting another poster on a subject you honestly know nothing about. then after you research tell me was the civil started because of slavery. thank you. god bless your children

    • I believe nothing about that biology, psychology, and whatever. Just as I don’t believe that other one who says he “holds a doctorate” yet he can’t even punctuate correctly.

  9. “Thousands killed by police” what about the thousands killed by drive-bys, robbery and gang wars? What about millions of dollars in property damage?

  10. The people were very angry at the beggining wanting answers as all of us would, but our tax dollars did the opposit for days against the ones asking for peace, although a few trouble makers that thought differently, those are considered the lawless ones that the tax payers are respectfully want to have removed off the streets of any town or city.
They’re not for the good but don’t have respect for themselves.
We pray the police would be for the righteous causes and remove them and not demonize the ones persuing justice.
Above all PRAY, pray that our eyes would be opened and not allow ourselves to be blinded to the truth of both sides and that’s truth whether the Gov false flag attempts or us following the wrong mind of thought.
    May America Bless God.

  11. And I thank you all for your agreeing and disagreeing that’s how we the people stand strong and we the people will find a way to solve our differences.
WATCH AND PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER.
AND I THANK YOU FOR YOUR WEBSITE.

Your very American and not afraid to speak that which I know is powerful.
    Good day.

  12. We see the same ‘revisionist’ crap all over the place.

Some people use whatever convenient excuse they can dream up, to justify actions such as we see happening here…

To their closed minds – it is an attack by a government on its citizens that are ‘protesting’ supposed injustice and intolerance.
To everyone else – its one group/sect/organisation ( fill in your favourite offenders here ) that have a long-standing issue with authority , be it political/racial/religious and are prepared to destroy everything and anything outside of their own influence to gain their goals.

If both sides wanted peace – they would HAVE peace.

I feel for the innocents and their loss of property in all of this.

  13. I thank you for this website:
I thank everyone for speaking their minds and voicing all opinions, that’s what Americans has the right to do, rather if we agree or disagree your all wonderful people.
    May God bless us all.

  14. Mike Brown got what he deserved ! He was a bully THUG and as long as his victims were white or none colored it was COOL with the “HOOD”. The Video show’s Brown ” Strong Arm ” robbing a store minutes before he got his just desserts . I just wish the store owner/clerk he man-handled had shot him !
