Is China Preparing To Declare Financial War Against America?

Better start watching China: China to Stop Stockpiling U.S. Dollars

Over the last couple of weeks, China seems to be further engaging in an underground war against the American Public. From announcing they have strategic plans on nuking American cities, to convincing our military leaders that it was a good idea to allow them to train on U.S. Soil, it seems China is trying to assert themselves as a military powerhouse.

Now China has just dealt another blow, by announcing they will no longer be accumulating foreign-exchange reserves – something that could send shock waves through our economy. Of China’s $3.6 trillion in foreign exchange reserves, almost 60 percent is estimated to be held in dollar-denominated assets.

For years, China has been actively buying up as much American debt as they can get their hands on, while at the same time trying to artificially prop up the U.S. Dollar so they can make Chinese products less expensive in the U.S. marketplace. But now China has announced a huge change in policy; they will no longer be stockpiling U.S. dollars.

Is China Preparing To Declare Financial War Against America?

Last month, the government-run media in China released an opinion essay, that called “ for the befuddled world to start considering building a de-Americanized world.” In my opinion, China declared financial war on America long ago – sadly our leaders were to dumb, or too greedy to care.

China is a biggest single holder of Treasury debt, owning $1.268 trillion as of August of this year, a fact that has some analysts very worried about the prospects of China cutting its holdings of U.S. government debt.

With our country over $17 trillion in debt, America’s economy is an absolute disaster. By 2016, thanks to years of allowing China to sell their crappy products in America, China is expected to surpass the U.S. economy to become the world’s biggest economy.

Last year, China surpassed the U.S. to become the world’s biggest trading nation. In 2012, U.S. exports and imports totaled $3.82 trillion, China reported $3.87 trillion in trades.

I don’t think most Americans realize how dependent this country has become on China. Our entire way of life has come to depend on countries like China, and with one pull of the trigger they could literally crash our economy overnight.

This has been a long term strategy for quite some time. It amazes me that no one really cares and will be caught off guard when there is a currency crisis.

I don’t know if it is accurate to call it a financial war.

Looks like China has realised that the US dollar might one day stop being the world’s reserve currency. At present, lots of people like holding USD because it seems to keep its value; the result is a big US debt where the USA gets useful goods and other countries get green paper or an equivalent entry in a bank account – great for as long as it lasts…. Even if the USD keeps its value for years to come, China is obviously over-exposed to the usd and would be stupid to endlessly accept more $$$$ in exchange for real goods – who knows what the USD will be worth in the future, especially given that Congress has no present intention of ever paying its bills. Investor confidence in Uncle Sam keeps people investing in USD holdings: anyone want to bet how long that confidence will be maintained?

If you haven’t prepared…NOW is the time. The crap is about to hit the fan, folks!! We CANNOT continue to act like everything’s okay when it is CLEARLY NOT THE CASE. It will be interesting to see how the White House handles this….

You never actually provide any evidence for what you assert. No link to a verifiable news source. An “opinion survey” is not an expression of government policy, in China or anywhere else on planet earth.

There has been a few things going on in china and japan. Joe Biden plans to visit both countries sometime this week over Beijing’s recent claim of a large swath of airspace in the region. I think that is only part of it. Lets just see how well our white house people handle this.

seems to me that nobody is seeing the big picture here… There is “not” an obvious US Plot here, because there is a hidden one. It’s all over now, so let’s let just say it out loud. It’s no secret anyway. We have kept the Communist’s in China so occupied with their great ideas, that they built Ghost towns instead of Military Might, as “we did not want them to”, so, here we are today. China is Militarily much weaker than America. Who cares what they hold once we’re at war with them, because they have some outstanding us debts to pay back with interest as well. They forgot that what’s good for the Goose, is good for the Gander as well! We are at a sort of War with nearly every bad nation on earth, where and when it escalates is the head of the pimple looking to pop somewhere, on somebody, but it won’t be us on Obama’s watch. The bad guys shouldn’t be fooled into thinking that the U.S. is a Pacifist Nation!

Stop prepping and start participating. If you efforts were spent officially organizing our government we would all be better off.

No thanks to you for giving up on us.
