Not Wearing Mask Now Federal Crime: Fines and Arrests Coming

This morning we reported on how the CDC mandated that Americans must now wear TWO masks while using any form of public transportation. Now we are learning that the Biden administration plans to start criminally charging those who resist his draconian mask mandates.

Despite the fact that science is starting to show masks may be contributing to the spread, the Biden Administration has “authorized” the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to fine passengers who fail to comply with the new Biden mask requirements. These new mask requirements ban bandannas, single layer neck gaiters and require people to now wear at least TWO government approved masks while traveling.

“Depending on the circumstance, those who refuse a mask may be subject to a civil penalty for attempting to circumvent screening requirements, interfering with screening personnel, or a combination of those offenses,” TSA announced on Sunday.

The CDC went a step further announcing not only civil penalties, but said they reserve the right to enforce the order through criminal penalties.

The new unconstitutional nationwide order, which goes into effect at midnight on Feb. 2nd, will require anyone traveling by airplane, train, subway, bus, taxi, or ship to wear a face covering while doing so, as well as requiring them to wear a mask inside airports, subway and train stations, bus terminals, seaports, ferry terminals, and other transit hubs. The ruling also requires those using ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft to wear a mask a well, despite the fact that the Federal government has ZERO authority to order private companies to require them.

Once the rules go into effect, any passenger who fails to comply with Biden’s edict is at risk of potential federal criminal charges.

  1. “You probably have seen me wearing a double mask … it certainly can’t hurt and might help, but it doesn’t yet reach the point of an official recommendation from the CDC because of the lack of data,” Fauci said in a Washington Post Live interview on Tuesday when asked about the possibility of a double-masking recommendation by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said alongside Fauci in a CNN Town Hall last week that double masking is not necessary if you are wearing a single mask that fits and is made of at least two layers of fabric.
“The CDC does not recommend that you must wear two masks, nor does the CDC recommend that you have to wear an N95 mask,” Fauci said.
