For the first time since the disaster began in Japan, the government is now admitting that one of the reactors has been breached. The most troubling part of this admission is the breach has occurred in the #3 nuclear reactor which contains MOX Fuel (plutonium and uranium).
While our own government still insists that the levels in America are too low to cause harm, other experts are warning that even a minuscule amount of plutonium can cause massive health problems.
Wondering whether I should take a vacation from Washington State for a while.
living on the oregoncoast .cant get a real reading from the counters in our state ! they dident even put them on the coast ! one in portland & one in corvallis. beyond the coastal cascades… realy wish some one would give us the stright story. we dont have a huge population on the or . coast & i cant stop thinking THEY prob. feel we r expendable… like lab rats. no one is telling the whole story. i lived 20 min. from t m i when the accident happened there & ill tell you the gov. & every one associated with that mess lied to the world. cancer rates did rise ,so did animal deaths ,loss of pregs. and a pile of thiroid problems . all swep under the rug & still being hidden. this is scary as hell & someone NEEDS TO GET THE STRIGHT TRUTH. NOW!
If your living on the west coast, I recommend buying a cheap ass trailer/camper, loading up what you want, and moving. If your worried about work, join up with wwoof(google them). For 20 bucks a year you get a whole list of organic farms you can stay at and work on. Some pay, some don’t, but all will feed you. From there you can look for work in town if you want to.
What is it going to take for us to hit the bug-out button? Yellow rain? Mushrooom clouds? By then you’ve already received massive amounts of radiation.

I live in Alaska and in the path of the next wave of radiation.We are already picking up traces. We have no where to run, too many high mountains between us and the east.
No one is checking the soil or water here. Everything is ok they say. What about the fish we eat and the livestock? No one is telling us anything except its ok. How do they know if they don’t check anything????????People here are afraid and for good reason. I wish all of you on the pacific coast good luck. We all are going to need it.

Yes things are bad. And unfortunately it can only get worse. They can’t really tell us that we are in danger because it’s a financial thing. They would make on big enonimic blow to the face if the told the west coast to evacuate. They can’t afford you to leave. Either way we are going to see a big econimic crash between this year and the next. So i hope they can do one right thing and atleast let people know the dangers and let them decide for themselves what is the right action.
