From the gruesome face-eating zombielike attack in Miami to the Maryland man who allegedly ate his roommate’s heart and brain, the last couple of weeks have been filled with stories right out of an episode of the Walking Dead.
The news has been downright bizarre.
The first attack, the one that started most of the zombie headlines, happened in Miami Florida. Last Saturday, a homeless man had nearly 80% of his face and head chewed off in an extremely bizarre and brutal attack on the streets of Miami.
Just a couple of days later, another bizarre attack was reported in Maryland. In this case, the man allegedly admitted to dismembering and then eating his roommate’s heart and brain. WTF???
Flash forward another couple of days, and another gruesome report surfaced. The attack involved a man dubbed the “Canadian Psycho”. This disgusting creature, allegedly filmed and then posted a ten minute video of himself stabbing a naked bound victim with an ice pick. The attacker then hacked the victim into pieces and started eating the victims flesh.
These horrific zombielike attacks have many people wondering what the hell’s behind this craze of flesh-eating madness?
Government’s Official Statement….
Don’t Worry, Zombies aren’t real!
Yep, believe it or not, they actually released an official statement.
While many of the headlines of the day suggested the start of the Zombie Apocalypse, the federal government is telling people “not to worry”.
According to an official statement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the same agency that released a disaster preparedness guide for surviving the Zombie Apocalypse, the government insists that “Zombies don’t exist”.
But if Zombies aren’t to blame, what is?
While these stories are definitely bizarre, and they give the Mainstream Media some pretty sensational news headlines, I would argue that these weird events are actually becoming pretty commonplace.

While they may not be the long-dreaded flesh-eating Hollywood version, they sure as hell have many of the same mindless characteristics that most people would associate with zombies.
From last weeks’ news of 25 people being shot in one night in Chicago to the growing number of violent occupy riots, our society is quickly starting to resemble one of those Hollywood Zombie movies. Sadly, this is no movie.
BATH SALTS AND DESIGNER DRUGS: Another cause for concern?
Agitation, dangerously high body temperature, extreme paranoia, vivid hallucinations, psychotic episodes, suicidal thoughts, violent behavior and now zombielike attacks are all being blamed on a new crop of designer drugs. These drugs, commonly referred to as Bath Salts, are nothing like the drugs of the past.
Bath salts, the street name for a new class of designer drugs, have been blamed in a number of the recent sensational zombie attack stories.
This new type of designer drugs contain a mixture of chemicals that are often concocted in underground labs across America. Surprisingly, these drugs are completely legal and are being sold in mini-marts and smoke shops throughout America.
If you ask me, it’s not so much the fact that these drugs induce Zombielike behaviors that should be the cause of concern. The real concern should be that people would use them in the first place.
It’s kind of a chicken and the egg question, what came first the zombies or the zombie drug?

Have you tried to talk to anyone lately? It seems every time I step out of the house it becomes harder and harder to find anyone who can hold a rational conversation. It almost like their brains have been sucked right out of their heads.
In my opinion, America has become a nation of zombies.
They might not be dead, but their brains sure seem compromised! From the brain dead masses who fill their heads with reality T.V. and celebrity garbage, to the techno junkies who can’t make it a day without texting or staring at some electronic contraption, I’m afraid the Zombie Apocalypse might just be upon us.
lol you aint seen zombies yet, just wait til big pharma crashes and the mood stabilizers like zoloft, torazine, lithium, paxil and all the others run out then youll see all the ppl that are addicted to them will be out in force

I really don’t think the the so called “zombies” that we see in popular culture is the reality of what could happen or what already is happening. First off, I personally believe that the reason we have a fascination with zombies…
We know that our country and other countries are becoming cold and uncaring. In order to not become a zombie we have to start thinking with our hearts and minds and not let ourselves become dumb down. We have plenty of opportunity to learn and grow all around us. But fear is limiting and it is not what we should do. Fear causes us to become afraid and controlled by it. Instead we should try everything in our power to avoid being like a zombie.
My definition of a zombie is: someone who does not think and is easily manipulated by society. There are powers at be that manipulate and socially engineer our society to keep us isolated and afraid. It was not like that in the best but it is becoming more and more.
Any solutions to become less isolated and build community? Because community is the answer to stop the zombies that are out there that are building in numbers. For example, facebook is full of zombies. Any other ideas of where you can spot zombies? I also think UNIVERSITY is full of zombies. Do you ever notice nobody in the “younger” generation(i’m young) seems to care about important issues? Like the zombies that run our government should be out of there! We should overtake the zombie land and build ourselves a true nation free of zombies. But the cure against zombies to somehow talk about it and I think make a impact on the circle of people in our daily basis. Like if you see someone sitting alone in class try to talk to them —be friendly and smile. Only zombies don’t smile :)\
Everybody talking about cell phones and internet making people zombies. Well your right but there not zombies until everything crashes and the internet and cell phones are dead. No technology you would have a bunch of mindless people walking around. I love technology but come on people lets pick up a book. If a major disaster wiped out electricity and half the population nobody would know how to grow food, make tools, and etc. Being prepared for an apocalypse is not a bad idea whether your religious or not. Keep in mind people a disaster worse than hurricane Katrina could happen. A nuclear accident or even another world war.

Or maybe a combination of all the events that are presently taking place, such printing millions of dollars in paper and passing it out as money, pulling out of the Middle East similar to what was done in Veit Nam. And that is just the beginning. We won’t feel the results of everything til just before Christmas.
i didnt watch any tv for 2,5 months now…….let me tell you it felt like withdrawl from drugs……started getting headache,s , restless,grumpy , and know? damn i feel wonderfull enjoying nature all around me fresh air , learning too see ,hear,smell , think again like being reborn :p

Jeffrey Dahmer did and I don’t believe he ever heard of “Bath Salts”. Maybe what got into Jeffery Dahmer is getting into other people also.

Zombies are real okay people. believe it or not. The government is just using all these “excuses” to cover up the real problem just to prevent n national crisis. seriously, no one just randomly eats someone’s face off just because there using ” bath salts ” start preparing as much as possible because when the apocalypse comes………. we will all be fighting for our lives. There are books out there. Make a team, designated safe houses, and designated supply sources along your trip to safety. do not wait forever to plan because it could be too late and yeah believe it or not, I am 14 and i have this planned. pretty good advise huh?
Ok guys simple fact believe in what god you want but he has nothing to do with this so for everyone on here saying keep your negativity on religion off of this just stop talking about it honestly I don’t know why that was braught up but simply annoying and from what I’ve been reading about this the doctors that took care of the victim stated a brain infection which they still have not identified what kind of infection it is and I can’t find anywhere els any info on it….anyone think we are testing for chemical warfare? Lets be honest here we already have chemicals that are called population disrupters otherwise chemicals known to cause infections that spread to the brain at a rapid rate.

It’s not far fetched that one day drugs or a massive food poisoning epidemic like the bird flue or biological warfare through infected flue vaccines or mass produced food will cause a zombie like outbreak. Off coarse the zombie wont be dead but their brains would be damaged.
I’m saddened that man has made a mess of this world but I’m extremely grateful for the One who came with a free gift of life to set us free from the curse of sin and death.

lol. This is interesting. Never tgouhht about this idea. Best part, even f the puzzle is unfinished, it still resembles a crawling zombie missing its limbs. Might even call it your own customizable zombie. Also, pets and other animals usually get dragged in with the z-virus, but do you think trees and plants might be a threat? Hell, we’ve all feared the trees were moving in on us during our childhood camping trips, but what if they actually were??? *shivers* You know, that might be not so bad. Back in 2009 my brother was driving up to the geysers in sanoma county. Taking a faster rout over the hill. His truck died out on him. He got out of his truck and seen a few houses. What happened next to him, even to this day, is hard for even him to believe. A bunch of mostly nude skinny people started running at him. He had to fight to get back in his truck. He told me they were trying to bite him, and scratch and grab at him. He did get in his truck started and got out of there. He said, He will never go back there as long as he lives. He told me at first thought, they were hungry mad people. Gone mad from starving. That is all he could think they were since there was so many homeless in that area at the time. I asked him if he could compare their looks to anything he has ever seen. He said, skin and bone, drooling, growling and huffing sounds. And a mask look on their face. A face he said, he would never forget. He then said, you have seen the stare of a dead man? I said, yeah!. He said, like that look. …….
Now I ask you all something, if there is a company in California that uses human DNA for a sugar subsitute, and for a flavor enhancer. And that DNA comes from a kidney of a fetus, cloned over and over again. Then put in many premade food from soda’s to many many foods we all eat daily. And that subsitute makes the brain crave more because of what it does. And if humans eat flesh or organs of a human can cause a mad cow like effect to be triggered. Is a zombie attack really that far off. More so because this company and the companies useing it in their foods, don’t have to tell anyone it is in anything. They say it is only a 1/3 of 5000 points. So they don’t need to list it on foods. Btw Bush took out the zombie bill when this company started these studies and Obama later okayed it to be put in foods. I can prove all of this. Even wiki shows the company name and what they do. And if you look further you will find all the companies that back it up. The biggest one being Pepsi. I went even as far to call this company to find out what it is in. They told me some ways to tell. Not many. Then went on to say it might be in them. But not saying it wasn’t. Then after talking for well over a hour. I asked if they ate any of the foods from the companies they supply. The guy said he grows his own food and raises his own meat. And don’t even drink town water or well water. He distills all water. Now does that tell you anything?
Well just u have a lot of time on your hands I drink Pepsi and I never crave human flesh
